REPORTING PROCEDURES
Crawford take pride in offering the best service to clients and adhere to the following minimum service standards for all insurers:
Immediate contact with the Insured
Site attendance within 24 hours followed by Initial Advice
Preliminary Report, where required, within 5 working days thereafter
Follow-up every 14 days or as otherwise agreed
Final Report issued within 3 working days of receiving completed Form of Acceptance from Insured
